Refund Policy

Returns (14 Days)
You may return unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will respond within 2 business days.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. After that, the order goes into processing and cannot be cancelled.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Allergic Reactions
If you experience a reaction to a product, please stop using it and contact us. We take product safety seriously and will review each case individually.
