Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Depending on the product, orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners' warehouses in the United States or China.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Estimated delivery time
After processing, orders take 3-18 business days to arrive. Most orders arrive within 4-21 business days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and start after your order is dispatched. Delays can happen because of customs or courier issues.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders to the countries listed above. There are no extra shipping charges at checkout.
Customs, duties and taxes
Your country may charge import duties or taxes on your order. These charges, if any, are paid by the customer and are not included in the product price.
Order tracking
When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number and link. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address before placing the order. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to a wrong address entered by the customer. If you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
Delayed or lost orders
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please email us and we will check with the courier and help you.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement as described in our Return policy.
